Unless otherwise stated, items are usually shipped within 1 - 2 days of receipt of order, but can sometimes be 5 - 7 days. Sheet music PDFs and Combo Remapper are usually sent out by email within 24 hours. Immediate notification of orders is not always possible.
PPT mouthpieces are hand made to order, and usually take between two and six weeks, but sometimes up to eight weeks. Please be patient!
You may return the item in new condition (at your own expense) within 10 days of receipt and the packaging intact for a full refund (not including shipping costs).
Returns on played mouthpieces may be accepted at the company’s discretion and may be subject to a 20% cleaning and restocking fee. If in doubt please use a mouthpiece patch. This fee may be waived if you want to try a different size.
If the product is found to be faulty due to either materials or workmanship it may be returned for a full refund.
This is a PAL all region DVD. It may not be compatible with some U.S. TV sets which are NTSC only. However it should work on a computer with DVD drive anywhere. Please note we have only tested the DVD by playing on DVD systems or playing on computers with standard DVD playing software. We cannot guarantee that files extracted (ripped) from the DVD will play successfully. Sharing of copied DVDs or ripped files is illegal.
